From 30 September to 3 October 2014, Barcelona hosted “Eurosurfas – The International Surface Treatment Event”. Several congresses were integrated into this four-day event, including the 8th Eurocar Congress on 1 and 2 October 2014, held under the theme “Covering every aspect related to the treatment and finishing of vehicles”.
In this context, CVET GmbH was invited by Daimler AG to give a presentation on load-dependent volume flow adjustment (LAVA). LAVA is a control-engineering tool for saving energy, for example in drying processes. Dipl.-Ing. Olaf Neese gladly accepted the invitation and spoke on the subject on 2 October 2014. His presentation was well attended, with representatives of many leading vehicle manufacturers, paint suppliers and plant engineering companies in the audience.
